About This Guide

The Multicore Technology Development Kit User's Guide describes how you can use symmetric multiprocessing to get the most performance possible out of a multiprocessor system. It also describes how to use bound multiprocessing to restrict which processors a thread can run on.

Note: In order to use symmetric or bound multiprocessing, you need the Multicore Technology Development Kit (TDK).
