mstrip

Strip Management Information Base (MIB) modules from an RFC


Note: This utility is available only in the Extended Networking Technology Development Kit (TDK).

Syntax:

mstrip filename

Options:

filename
Name of file to be stripped.

Description:

The mstrip utility is used to strip an RFC to obtain a Management Information Base (MIB) module. It uses form-feed characters to determine the header and the footer lines in a document.

Examples:

mstrip RFC1213 > rfc1213.mib
